Our privacy policy, in one breath: we don’t collect your data, we don’t want your data, and the little we hold for our clients is never for sale. In our opinion, it’s the most robust, user-first policy on the trail.

Air & Ember does not keep cookies, tracking data, analytics profiles, or user information about visitors to this site. You can read every page here without leaving a single footprint we hold onto.
The one exception is onboarded clients — the people we build for — who trust us with the minimum information needed to do the work and send an honest invoice. That’s it. That’s the whole list.

SOLD / NEVER03 — IF YOU’RE AN ONBOARDED CLIENT
The client vault: small, locked, yours.
When you become a client, we keep the minimum needed to build your project and bill you honestly: your name, contact details, and billing information tied to your invoices. Your portal login is protected by industry-standard authentication, and payment details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card numbers.
The trusted tools that make the portal run (authentication and payment processing) act only as processors on our instructions. They power your account; they don’t get to keep or use your information for themselves, and nobody gets a copy.
Want your data gone? Email us and we’ll delete what we hold, keeping only what the law requires us to retain (like tax records of paid invoices).

04 — IF THE CAMPFIRE EVER CHANGES HANDS
Your data doesn’t come with the furniture.
In the event Air & Ember is ever sold or changes ownership, you will be told before it happens — and you will be given the option to opt out of having your data included in the ownership change. Choose to opt out and your information is deleted rather than transferred. Most companies bury this clause; we’re putting it in large type.
05 — THE FINE PRINT, STILL LEGIBLE
Changes, questions, and open doors.
If this policy ever changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date — and any change will only ever hold us to this same user-first standard or better. We won’t quietly loosen the rules while you’re not looking.
